      Pluspunten

      Hard-workers wanting to better patients, fellow workers and themselves, unfortunately Senior Management prevents any positives.

      Minpunten

      Where to start? Stock price has been steadily falling hard, halved in two years because CEO made some very poor acquisitions and spinoffs in the past 2-3 years ie Hillrom for more than the whole company worth. R&D, quality and PMO dept "released' within two hours of being let go FEDEX vans appeared at remote locations taking items away. Sad. Doesn't take a crystal ball to see that the company is going to implode. CEO good ol' Joe Almeida steering the Titanic into the depths taking everyone with him while on 26 millions USD a year.

      Pluspunten

      Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Minpunten

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
