When recruiting at Account Manager level, Baxter Personnel have a strict policy of recruiting candidates that have no prior experience working in our field. You are aware of this as you came through that process without any recruitment experience. During the recruitment process it is made clear to all applicants that the recruitment industry, particularly one operating in the FMCG sector is incredibly fast paced, competitive and at times stressful due to the extremely time sensitive nature of client labour requests.
