beautiful office, good reputation, good salary. you can get so many attractive offers from recruiter. this might be a good career step to BIG4, if you want.

Minpunten

not divers culture when I was there, 99% were japanese, and 95%of consultant were male, (many female worker were in back-office), I heard that they intentionally hire male staff because hiring female can be troublesome. this company has grown from staffing service not as consulting, so the culture is different from other big4. they do headhunt from big4 or BCG by money. but most of the "consultant" are not experienced even trained.
