Great pains are taken to ensure continued employee growth and development. Random firings or layoffs are unimaginable, and the comapny reorganizations take place less frequently than at competitors and with less attrition.

The great culture and low turnover allow the company to underpay vs other consumer pharma and make it more difficult to advance. Many departments are top-heavy. The company is slow to get rid of employees who are on the wrong bus, despite how obvious it may be to those around them.
