Pluspunten

Compensation / benefits are very good, flexible schedules are very nice to have. Bayer is very good at promoting from within so advancement is attainable.

Minpunten

Company structuring is horrible, matrixing / silos is the fastest way to not being able to accomplish anything. The different silos don't communicate with each other and you don't know who to turn to for leadership.

A very good place to work

I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
