The merit increase/bonus and raise structure changes often making it difficult to trust what is happening one year to the next. Regardless of employee performance, the merit increases have not matched inflation rates for the last 3 years. Even when moving to a new role internally, expect next to nothing for a monetary incentive. Extremely disappointing that Bayer is not interested in offering competitive market rate pay for employee retention, this is why so many have left.

The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
