Frequent management restructuring. Always maintain a demanding workload. Operates more like a CRO not sponsor with a strong focus on travel metrics and performance. Ex-china regions are being compared against China region in terms of speed/workload but no focus on quality.

You will be over worked, they do not develop and do not promote, micromanagement, toxic work environment, a lot of finger pointing by senior management in front of peers.
