Toxic work culture and company has a very high turnover rate. All the good employees trying to make a difference are frustrated by the lack of support and transparency by management. You are constantly working at nights and weekends. Ensure to ask the people interviewing you how long they’ve been in the company. Most have not been in BeiGene a year. Management lacks knowledge and does not treat employees with respect. Employees are just a number.
