Pay and benefits , really nothing else

Senior Management says all of the right things about work life balance, and diversity, but as other reviews have mentioned, this is only lip service. Sr. Mgmt touts “this is NOT a Chinese company”, but all indications point to China running the company. This denial and the reality make for a really undesirable situation. Line Management is TERRIBLE!!!

Descent pay, good benefits, and they give stock

Minpunten

You will be over worked, they do not develop and do not promote, micromanagement, toxic work environment, a lot of finger pointing by senior management in front of peers.
