Certain Management tended to walk around as though they were better than anyone else who worked for the company. The rest of the higher management only cared about themselves, the security of their jobs and did not care for the mental health of staff. Salaries are made up depending on how much management like you. There is no room to move up within the company. You can switch from role to role however there are very few salary increases available. Very stat based and target driven. Management reluctant to help when a customer is difficult.
