      ABA is a high burnout field regardless of work life balance, due to clinic needs PTO is not always approved even if turned in 2 weeks out, the job is demanding and sometimes stressful

      Pluspunten

      In this position, mentoring was particularly noteworthy. I was able to enhance my assessment abilities and confidence in applied behavior analysis with the help of senior analysts who were available for advice and constructive criticism.
