Leadership development program in Supply Chain offered a good way to learn multiple roles in a short amount of time.

Challenges of working with people with decades of experience- some processes seemed outdated but people were unwilling to change to make them better. Observed little to no work/life balance at the top of the food chain.

Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office.
Not the place to grow technically in software
A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is.
