Matrix organisation but all accountability is with sales and zero accountability from other departments 5. Opaque work culture with complete empowerment in Hongkong/China, highly autocratic top management and all critical decisions for India are taken by one Individual

Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
