      My coworkers are the only thing that keep me there.

      Administration do not care about their employees. They continue to cut benefits, while giving themselves pay raises. They leave all areas of the hospital short staffed which places patients at risk.

      I met some very nice people and receive some good training

      Once leader leadership decides that they don’t want you there they will invent ways to get you out. Please run don’t walk in the opposite direction of this place.
