Minpunten
This bank says they are family oriented, but they are really about making money. The staff is disposable to them, and while they claim to care for their employees they genuinely do not. Mistakes in training and development are blamed on low level employees. Large disconnect between the people who are making decisions and the people who have to do the work for those decisions.
