Pluspunten

Is a very good work environment with good and dedicated people who are willing to learn. The projects are consisted by important clients with different manufacturing requirements which is very good for a career start.

Minpunten

Not to many career opportunities. The management plan is not oriented to the employee development at all. No trainings were scheduled during the time I worked at Benchmark. Advancing career to a new level is a very long process and in many cases is not happening.

Pluspunten

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Minpunten

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Met some good people while there that are still friends.

Minpunten

Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
