You're never given anything to do, so lots of people just sit around. It'awful. They have a huge turn over rate

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Minpunten

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
