Surrounded with people that are supportive and helpful.

Minpunten

The company doesn’t care about its employees. Relatively low salary with no so great benefits. I have also seen some people abuse their power and mistreat employees. I had seen a very high employee turnover due to the treatment and pay.

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Minpunten

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Met some good people while there that are still friends.

Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
