      Associated with the company past 5 Years, Work quality and way of working is just outstanding. I see many instances where company focus more on individual learning and best for freshers. It's really a good company because you have an opportunity to learn whatever you want.

      Minpunten

      Work load is in spikes. Some pressure are there to be managed,but not too much

      There are no pros in this company.

      Minpunten

      Working environment of this company is very poor. The MD of this company Vinay Mehta is very bad he don't have any quality of a leader and he don't know how to behave with juniors and the worst thing of this company is that the MD will supervise you when you join this company as a fresher and when you will ask any doubt then he will tell you that he doesn't have time for this ,if he doesn't have time for this , I dont know why he is supervising freshers.Salary will get delayed in this company .Working space is also very bad . So , I strongly recommend not to join this company as a fresher.

      Pluspunten

      Enormous no. Of projects. Work on new technologies. Work on various areas such as (Ror, Android , ios) development. Good Environment. Believe in Quality Code and will train you for the same.

      Minpunten

      No Cons. , You just have to be a very quick learner and adapt new technologies asap to survive. The main milestone is the 6 months of internship period , If you survived that, then you will make a permanent space in the company.
