It is a great place to work if you want to do Hospitality projects across the country. The small boutique size means you learn all facets of the design and have creative input from the beginning. You will interact with all the staff including the principal. Nice work life balance and competitive compensation. The smaller size means everyone works together on many projects. You also share the office with an architecture firm where you can work on various projects as well.

Great company to work for, you work hard but are rewarded for your efforts. Everyone is kind, professional and always willing to help each other to meet deadlines. The Owner is involved in all aspects of the business and is available to her staff and clients whenever needed.
