- Love the hybrid culture. In office days feel meaningful and it's great to have the remote working days from home to avoid burnout from long, arduous commutes.

- The work is interesting. Good opportunity to get across different areas of the business and see how you make an impact day to day (caveating this isn't for everyone, but an advantage of working in a smaller sized business)
- Good at communication. We hear business updates from the leadership team on a monthly basis, and it's pretty transparent.
Minpunten
Depends on the team you work in. It can be fast paced and the priorities can shift last minute. If you like that type of work, it's great. Doesn't have the silos or structure of bigger businesses, so if that is a preferred environment then a smaller, faster place like BRG won't fit.
