Good benefits package for a small company. Reasonable wages.

Minpunten

Not progressive in any way. Some of the code we were working with is 15 year old. Internal processes and ideologies are antiquated. Office culture is dull.

In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size. They have a great culture and the workplace is very innovative. - Company has been growing year by year. - Leadership team is great and are always open to talk. - People here are very helpful and the communication between the teams is excellent. - Work-life is respected here.

No one is perfect but from my place I am not seeing any cons. Very happy at my job.
