I have worked at Bio-techne/R&D Systems for 18 years and have had by far more positive experiences than negative. The company keeps growing. Upper management seems to care about and listens to employees and really tries to maintain a positive environment for everyone.
Minpunten
Because the company keeps growing, we are in a state of transition a lot of the time. We are updating many outdated systems to handle our ever-growing workload. Change is good but sometimes hard to deal with.
