It does't matter either you have or not , what ever he ask. He keep side senior managers and he will ask to executive to do manager duties.

Management is the big problem in this company. a 70+ aged donkey ruling this company and he says " i am the god ", He never believe employees, because of him more then 200 employees left in just 4 years.
