Very biased environment. Management can go to any extent of pressuring employees or demoralizing them at work without the fear of being questioned by the upper management. There is no concern about overworking employees. They care only about the work being done and no concern of the employee burnout. Although the upper management preaches that they care for their workers, it is not the case.
