Owners manipulate and intimidate employees Owners do not hold themselves accountable and make excuses for their mistakes Employees are not paid fairly - no raises year after year Employees are expected to regularly perform duties above job descriptions Raises and promotions are promised but not given Office space is overcrowded Environment has spores throughout the air system from manufactured product Management hotheads and BIG egos Lots talk and meetings about culture but it's all superficial

There’s a noticeable disconnect between the values promoted and the behavior of upper management. Leadership tends to prioritize self-interest, and transparency is often lacking. It’s a small company with limited opportunities for advancement, so growth can be difficult if you’re looking to build a long-term career path.
