Good environment, Promote teamwork , Helpful team members, Good hierarchy and they let you share your ideas to improve team and their environment. The best part, they first train you about the company and their work then they deploy to you in a team to work.

Minpunten

Hiring process took a long time, Work division is good but not as it should be. The training process is not scheduled so that you can learn fully and engage with the peers.

Like most startups, Dynamic strategy can sometimes become stressful. But, it is worth it and motivating.

Great learning, growing company. Flexible hours, as long as the work is done. Relatively small firm, so you can get a feel from the management whether your work is appreciated or not.

Minpunten

Relatively young firm, future not completely stable yet. Some initial management personnel left the firm, so not sure how the new management team is.
