      Pluspunten

      Great culture, fast paced environment, and strong leadership through the business. Since i started in 2024 there has been a lot of change, and for the most part it has been positive.

      Minpunten

      Lots of appetite to move fast, which is a positive, but the supporting functions (particularly development and engineering) aren't always resourced to match. Giving those teams more investment would unlock a lot, and close the gap between ambition and delivery.

      Good & friendly team, lots of prizes to be won for good sales and hard work (food outings at the pub, iPad's etc)

      Minpunten

      Very strict and not much freedom when it comes to break times (have to be there exactly on time or you get punished), no phones until it's break time and etc.

      Thank you for your feedback - we're glad to hear you enjoyed the incentives we run. As a fast paced company we do work hard during work hours, but like to ensure this is rewarded with many benefits and incentives.
