Leuk product, maar niet innovatief en modern. Meer naar de toekomst kijken en naar werknemers met goede ideen luisteren.

Minpunten

Cultuut en samenwerking in het bedrijf zijn heel slecht. Slechte sfeer op de werkvloer. Weinig verbeteringsmogelijkheiden en slechte salarisen.

There are a lot of good people, with diverse backgrounds. Technolgies and methods employed range from truely archaic to state-of-the art. It is a good place to learn new stuff as well as to watch which ideas work and which clearly do not.

Minpunten

Bisnode consists of a lot of separate conpanies that were acquired by the parent, with no common culture. Fusing these companies to one will be very painful for everyone involved.Internal politics are rampant due to lack of clear lines and areas of authority and general uncertainty.
