I work mostly remote but really enjoy the people that I work with. The teamwork and collaboration are what I like the most. There is a lot of opportunity to learn new things and management is very encouraging.

If money is your sole motivator, then this is not the right fit for you. We are expected to go above and beyond for our customers so if you want a 9 to 5 then this may not be the company you want.
