Crypto firms run the gamut in terms of culture these days, but 100x is a great mix for people new to the industry. It’s not buttoned up or stuffy (one extreme, and probably the reason why you want to find a new job in the first place) but it’s also very well run unlike so many less developed start ups. Overall, highly recommend.
