Remote-first environment Some scheduling flexibility during the day, though it depends on your manager and the nature of your work. Good pay and great benefits. Unlimited PTO for salaried employees

Minpunten

Current management shakeup, specifically at Square, makes job security uncertain. Difficult to meet people outside your current area. Not sure there is room for growth.
