Employees often leave within a year, leading to a lack of continuity and constant training of new hires. Work-Life Imbalance: Despite claims of supporting work-life balance, the reality is that you're expected to be available 24/7. Burnout is common, and there's little regard for personal time. Lack of Growth Opportunities: There is little to no room for growth or career development. Promotions are rare and seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit.
