Very friendly workplace, excellent learning experience.

In my time there we had some instability and sadly many of my coworkers were laid off.

Great group of smart developers. When a project is properly staffed it is a great experience.

Huge lack of communication, every manager will tell you something different so it's hard to know what to believe. Also need to hold all employees to the same standards, too many exceptions and excuses leave a handful of people picking up the slack. Lastly it's hard to come in on budget on anything when every estimate is cut before going to clients in order to win business.
