Almost all of the partners have experience at other top consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, etc.) but have also worked as CEOs or in other high level positions in industry. This provides unique perspectives, and the smaller size of the firm allows a lot more direct interactions with senior folks than you might get a larger firm The work done is interesting, particularly if you prefer growth oriented projects to operations and cost cutting projects. There is a mix of clients between private equity portfolio companies and typical corporate clients that provides unique challenges. The remote working is great for some people and allows for better balance than a lot of firms in the consulting industry offer. Travel varies by project, but usually ~5 days a month on the road. Last major pro is the growth potential. The firm has grown relatively quickly and just added a number of new partners which should accelerate it going forward.
