The product is a easy to sell and support the ablity to use 3rd party product with the equipment makes it easy to deploy and sell.

Didn't comunicate with employes on changes. The middle/upper management needs to learn to better listen to the employes better to help grow the bussines. The Senior managment doesn't seem to have the experence in managing a sales organization and is quick to judge and doesn't ask the correct questions but assumes things without talking to the sales team or dealers.
