No salary on time. No organisational structure. Worst HR and she has no team to operate. Incentives are just too low 1% of your revenue generated.(3k for 3lacs revenue) also you get this money only if you complete 50% of your target. Employees those who are working gets no validation in terms of money or neither position. Favouritism happens !!! Growth depends only if the business head likes you. They are exploiting interns as they pay them only 20k and expect them to generate 6lacs of revenue (individually) with a very low incentives and their permanent employees also fail to generat that but they want the interns to do it else you're fired. Very money minded company and conducts meetings in the mornings just to shout on the employee about the revenue. Employee retention is LOW as every month 5-6 employees sumit their resignation.
