Pluspunten

Positive culture with great perks and you get to work on good causes! My coworkers are world-class and many have become some of my closest friends. Also, the hybrid schedule and kitchen snacks are awesome.

Minpunten

Because the stakes are high with a lot of our work (mental health, addiction, spirituality...) and we often work with coalitions, counsels, and committees there are often a lot of decision-makers.
