Good work life balance, decent company culture (although it seems to be dying) some cool projects

Minpunten

Hiring outside the US a lot. The company feels like leadership has difficulty make hard decisions. Too politically correct (at least puts on the facade that it is). Getting promoted also seems difficult. Lower pay than some comparable companies.
