Brainlab has great employees and awesome technology, I would definitely recommend it! Definite potential to grow and advance based on role. The global staff is varied and diverse and offers opportunities to work with colleagues with different perspectives, great for problem solving.
Minpunten
Brainlab has a lot of field based support, sales and marketing staff who may have a different take. The US office is a satellite of the larger HQ in Munich. Research and development occurs mainly in Munich but responses from the US office are definitely considered. Because Brainlab is a healthcare firm and not purely a technology company, be open to working with lots of SOPs/ WOIs, a general for any healthcare firm.
