They don't oversee your hours for 90 days if you are trying to become a BCaBa or BCBA. No medical benefits for 90 days. They ghost their potential candidates . They make you do a 3 part interview and do not respond to phone calls or emails! They advertise one thing, but it is all fluff so beware. They do not offer more than 30 hours a week.
