Working in a cross-team structure is common and everyone in other departments is generally very nice to work with. Great benefits. If your manager is a good leader, those employees tend to be very happy.

Compensation (aside from benefits) is well below industry standard. HR and Legal - turnover rate is very high--red flag when you see this in these particular departments. Way too much time dedicated to internal meetings. Corporate politics --pro or con depending on your personality.
