Really good supporting atmosphere. The company is correct in every ways and I could say this for the employees also. Management is really for the people’s needs. I liked the team work as a designer because of the transparent processes, care, respect, support and advancing each other. The cooperating is pretty nice between the departments, it is a cohesive team globally.
