They are all about the money. The state gave providers 5% to give to staff most other providers gave it to their staff in wages. We gave a mileage increase. We were promised bonuses that took months to come - then they were small. Not fair that such a large company can keep the money that was to go to staff to themselves. That's what happens when you work for a company that's located in another state I guess.
