There was a lot of turnover in senior management in 2021. The previous team was inexperienced but made up for it with passion and by building personal relationships with staff and clients. The new senior management team is a monstrous parody of that. It has been made clear through multiple demoralizing company town halls that they care little for anything other than the bottom line. If it was the investors' intent to destroy the spirit of the company, they have succeeded by hiring this group. Staff are pressured to take on more tasks without additional compensation and are increasingly dispensable. The few remaining members of the original management keep their heads down and seem exhausted.
