Engineering excellence - virtually everyone is a highly skilled engineer. Decent compensation and generally fair promotion and compensation culture. Opportunity to work on world-class projects.
Minpunten
Large international corporation, with many of the organisational politics that this brings. Centralised IT can be very impersonal. Many corporate policies are American-centric. All that said, these are not major drawbacks; Broadcom is by and large quite good and pleasant.
