*At VMware, as a support engineer you won't get more opportunities to explore the technology. They expect you to more focus on customer handling skills. *Most of the time, you will be handling similar kind of issues. So, there are chances that you might get bored after sometime. (Only if you are a tech enthusiasts.) *Sometimes, too much work and lack of work life balance.

Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

Minpunten

Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
