      Pluspunten

      In a nutshell, this is a no-nonsense company. If you do the job right, you take initiative and you can handle multitasking with a smile, there is plenty of work and you are sure to stay on board and move upwards relatively fast. The office space is beautiful and the product outstanding. The CEO is very hands on, has an open door policy and addresses issues immediately. Morning staff meetings always serve breakfast on the house for office and warehouse personnel.

      If you are not motivated and just want to blend in looking like you're working but not doing anything productive, this is not the place to be. Upper management is strict on this and you will get busted. No chance of pulling a fast one here.

      not many good things to say except they offer health, 401k, and discount on product.

      There is no mentorship and very little support—employees are expected to give everything to the company. The CEO is publicly condescending, often yelling at employees in front of their colleagues, which is completely unprofessional. The culture discourages collaboration; you’re expected to keep your head down and work like a robot. PTO is minimal (5 days total for sick, vacation, and personal), making work-life balance almost impossible. Think twice before joining—if you value respect, mentorship, and a healthy work environment, better opportunities exist elsewhere.
