Pluspunten
The senior management staff are great people to work with: supportive, open to ideas and efficient. The company feels like a large, professional family, all willing to help and guide and support. As much emphasis is put on a good work/life balance as setting clear goals and aims of achievement. The idea is for everybody to achieve success together, and to leave nobody behind. The focus on ethical working, diversity and giving back is particularly refreshing. Senior management are always looking for perfection and help and support all of their employees to get there. There is no room for free-loaders: you are expected to pull your weight, but you also benefit from all the rewards and success that your own and the company's achievements bring. There are no silos - we all work together to create a working organisation that benefits those employed, and the contacts and companies that we work with.
Minpunten
The usual cons that I find for working in businesses are not present in this organisation. I find it hard to think of any bad points as the senior management work incredibly hard to fix any issues or concerns that may arise. I have not yet come across any scenario that gives me pause for thought. They are extremely open and blunt, and they foster an environment that we can talk about any concerns we have without fear of reprisal. For that reason, whilst, like any company, they are not perfect, they strive towards perfection - and I can't say that there are any cons in the endeavour.
