Performance based incentives offered to very select few, as queue is set up for their favorite few. Each outbound pays 5 cents each on top of minimum wage, but only top 4 are placed in position to make any real money. Starts out great and after 90 days when hiring manager gets comission for hiring you, they want you to be a robot. If you can handle 7 tasks at once for minimum wage this job is for you.
